1. Introduction
This Affiliate Program Operating Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your participation in the Alviano™ Affiliate Program (“Program”).
“Alviano™”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to Alviano™ (alviano.in).
“You” or “Affiliate” refers to the individual or entity applying to the Program.
By registering or participating, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.
2. Program Overview
The purpose of this Program is to allow affiliates to promote Alviano™ products and earn commissions on successful purchases made through their unique referral links.
- “Product” = Any item sold on alviano.in
- “Commission” = Earnings for verified successful orders
- “Special Link” = Unique affiliate tracking link
3. Eligibility & Enrollment
To join:
- You must submit accurate application details
- You must be 18+ or legally eligible
- We may approve/reject any application
❌ Disallowed Content
We will reject/terminate affiliates who:
- Promote adult/sexual content
- Promote violence or illegal activity
- Spread hate/discrimination
- Use fake or misleading marketing
- Use Alviano™ trademark improperly
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
You are fully responsible for:
- Your website, Instagram, YouTube, ads, etc.
- Content accuracy & claims
- Following Indian laws & ad guidelines
You must:
- Clearly disclose affiliate relationship
- Avoid misleading claims
- Maintain ethical promotion standards
5. Use of Alviano™ Brand & Trademark
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use:
- Alviano™ logo
- Product images
- Marketing creatives
❌ You CANNOT:
- Modify logo without permission
- Register domain with “Alviano” name
- Misrepresent as official brand
All rights remain owned by Alviano™
6. Affiliate Links (Tracking Rules)
- Only official affiliate links will be tracked
- Incorrect links = no commission
- Cookies/session validity may apply
7. Commission & Qualifying Sales
You earn commission only when:
✅ Customer clicks your link
✅ Purchase is completed
✅ Payment is successful
✅ Order is not returned/refunded
❌ No Commission for:
- Self-purchases
- Fake orders
- Bulk/resale purchases
- Coupon abuse
- Paid ads using brand keywords
- Cashback/reward incentives
8. Payment Terms
- Payment cycle: Monthly (Net 30–60 days)
- Minimum payout: ₹1000
- Payment method: Bank transfer / UPI
Tax Compliance (India)
- Affiliate must provide PAN & GST (if applicable)
- TDS may be deducted as per law
- Affiliate responsible for tax filing
9. Prohibited Activities
Strictly NOT allowed:
- Brand bidding (Google Ads using “Alviano”)
- Spam (DM, WhatsApp, email spam)
- Fake reviews/testimonials
- Coupon/deal websites without permission
- Redirect/auto-click tricks
Violation = instant ban + no payout
10. Order Processing
- All orders are handled by Alviano™
- We control pricing, shipping, refunds
- Customers belong to Alviano™, not affiliates
11. Termination
We may terminate your account:
- Anytime (with or without reason)
- If fraud/suspicious activity detected
- If policy violation occurs
After termination:
- All links must be removed
- Pending commissions may be withheld
12. Limitation of Liability
Alviano™ will NOT be liable for:
- Loss of income
- Ad spend losses
- Technical tracking issues
- Platform changes
Max liability = total commissions earned
13. Disclaimer
All services & program provided “AS IS”
We do NOT guarantee:
- Fixed income
- Continuous availability
- Error-free tracking
14. Modification of Terms
We may update these terms anytime.
Continued participation = acceptance of updated terms.
15. Legal Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India.
Jurisdiction: West Bengal Courts
16. Independent Contractor
You are NOT:
- Employee
- Partner
- Agent
You act as an independent affiliate.
17. Confidentiality
Any internal data, commission structure, or business info must remain confidential.
